The year of the bat-o’-lantern

Caitlyn and one of her very best friends got together in my kitchen this afternoon and made a grand and glorious mess, carving pumpkins. Who could deny them? 
They roasted pumpkin seeds and then cleaned up after themselves (mostly) afterward. See more photos in the slideshow here.
