Twitter Digest: My Tweets for 2008-04-21
NOTE: Twitter had some major glitches in its timeline over the weekend. What you see below isn’t all from 4-21. It’s a mix of Tweets from Sunday and Monday. FYI!~ Carolyn
- Checking in on a day of light tweets. Everyone tucking in for the night? #
- I lurched into action today about 10 a.m., thinking of the billions of Girl Scouts coming at 2 p.m. Okay — five — but much like billions. #
- My GS troop is adorable, by the way. Tiring, but adorable. I am so hooked on this volunteer job. #
- Am appalled to realize that I need to do the “fitness challenge” activities for the next two weeks like my GS troop is doing. EEK! #
- My 17yo just started taking ADD meds for the first time in several years; she needs help focusing. I’m hopeful but anxious about the meds. #
- @Karoli Vyvance in the morning and Straterra at night. She’s losing appetite, and face is breaking out (may not be related). #
- @Karoli We stopped meds when she was in middle school at her request; Adderall was making her feel disconnected. #
- @Karoli I’m keeping a close eye on her for side effects. Scared myself Googling the meds. Concerta didn’t work, and Adderall stopped working #
- @Karoli Thanks. :o) #
- I’m tucking in for the night, all. Sweet dreams! #
- Sent 10yo to get my book: “The Chameleon’s Shadow,” green hard cover. She returned with “Wicked,” black paperback. Discussed attentiveness. #
- Twittering off for now; busy at work! #
- @RhodesTer Just saw your Garrison Keillor tweet. Love the podcast! Except for the Granny-on-the-church-piano intro music. Although it suits. #
- My 17yo daughter just called to say she’s nauseated. *waving my magic mama wand over the phone* All better now? Kisses — #
- I’m needing a break from some grueling tedium at the office. What’s shaking, tweets? #
- @Herbwoman Oh no! Total sympathy here. I feel for anyone who’s having to argue with an “MDeity.” #
- @bgsand If this is 2018 I am *so* screwed. :oP #
- @Herbwoman Wow. That’s honorable, and it’s rare to see someone who risks admitting failure. And I think you’re smart not to seek a quick fix #
- @Herbwoman My mom had a botched (sinus) surgery and 2-3 followup surgeries, no charge. But she suffered. Best wishes to you!!! #
